"We’ve had lots of issues with the service department at this location. Most recently we’ve tried to call to ask about recall servicing and warranty issues but we get put on hold immediately and wait 20-30 min and never get through to anyone. We regret buying the extended warranty."

"Stopped for an oil change on a brand new Hyundai hybrid. We had an appointment but had to wait 2 hours for the oil change.
When we got down the road check engine light came on, it was over 2 quarts low on oil and had an active oil leak. Exact diagnosis TBD. Got it towed to another Hyundai dealership and had to take a rental car home."

"We brought my 2020 Kona in for the two manufacture recalls. I also had a steering problem, driver doors making a rattling noise, my tires aren't really keeping air like they should, and issues with the cruise control which is causing me to have extremely bad gas mileage on the highway. The manufacturer recall areas were tested found my car although my VIN number said I was affected my car was not showing symptoms. So they put parts in. Apparently some update was done. And they rotated my tires. My steering still has issues so obviously rotating the tires didn't fix that. Still have a rattling in the driver door. And I will find out on Sunday if the cruise control decides to ramp up to eight like it does going up or down a hill as it was doing before which I mentioned to the dealership. My car does not seem to run any better after having it taken it. Also to add this is the second time I've brought my Kona here and there never seems to be a detail "guy" working. So my car wasn't cleaned again. I've NEVER dealt with a dealership that didn't take pride to give a detailed clean car back to their customers. And we have the BIG extended warranty for things like this....So I cannot in good conscience leave more than just two stars now."
