"Horrible experience. I am an elementary teacher in the fayetteville area. I had my car towed by Ed's and the driver was told DO NOT DRIVE the vehicle. When he got to the shop, the mechanic said he watched him drive it off the rollback and drive it across the parking lot. When he did this because of the rear brake system being down, he over extended the caliper and added that job to my bill. An extra $233. I called and was very kind and asked them to please cover that since it is the fault of the tow driver and was yelled at and told to have a nice day. I will be talking to a lawyer because it is not okay for someone to mess up and not cover the cost for their mess up. I would have given this place 0 stars but that wasn't an option. If you need a tow, go somewhere else!"
