"Had trouble with my windshield wiper. Of course it was raining. The gentleman was so nice. He came out in the rain, checked my wiper, replaced it and the new wiper helped but there was still a problem. He told me he thought my windshield had something on it. To get it cleaned good. My husband gave the windshield a thorough cleaning and the wipers worked perfectly. This advice was my 3rd try to get the wipers to work properly.
