"Went in there to get a speed sensor the old lady that was helping had a bit of an attitude, when she told me the part I was looking for wasn’t in stock at their store I had asked if any other stores had it to which she pulled up a log of store numbers and put a sheet of paper in front of me to look for the store a store that had it. After that I had asked some questions about the part I was getting and had a bit of an attitude with every reply. She then got an older guy with a white beard to help answer my questions but honestly he didn’t seem knowledgeable about car parts and said he didn’t know to most of my questions. When I had asked the old lady if she could call the O’Reilly on Marbach to let them know I’d be picking up the part she had pulled out her sheet of store numbers and locations and had told me to call them myself. Overall it was a pretty bad experience in the store and the two people I had spoken to don’t seem to be knowledgeable of cars other than reading what’s on their screen. I’d recommend the AutoZone down the street from them I was in and out in minutes and had all my questions answered."

"I was in the area and stoped by, I need it help removing the service alert from my car, nothing crazy. I need and asked for help! While I know most of the personnel be tired and have a crazy day, some guys where not willing to help, looking at their cell phone and say look on YouTube or give me simple no,
Mr. RJ was getting out of his shift and came and asked for my manual, helped me and took less than 5 min. For that I'm thankful and give him 5 stars for going above and beyond!!"
