"I bought a battery to be used as a backup for my sump pump. The original battery had a green wire inserted through a tiny hole on the top of one of the cell caps. I mentioned this to the salesman at O’Reilly who knew nothing about that. Took battery home, connected the positive and negative cables and the alarm kept going off indicating the battery was low on water. Took battery back and they replaced it no questions asked. Took it home and same thing happened so I did some online research. Turns out that green probe is a water level sensor for non-sealed batteries which do require distilled water. All I had to do was attach the green wire to the positive terminal. I forgot to call them back to let them know. Long story to say they were great!"

"Knowledge Less people that have almost no clue.
Sad, very sad that the staff has such little training.
If you need oil or antifreeze everything is okay.
Ask for a belt or spark plug, good luck.
I wanted some Chevron fuel treatment and wanted to know if they price match. The counterman said we don't carry it.
I walked back and grabbed a bottle and he was clueless. Never answered my question.
Sad."
