"They're great, very professional! Had to order seat belts and one was held up at the Canadian border, so arrived a day later than expected. They had them ready for me when I arrived, though, and seat belts are in great condition for being used."

"The WORST parts company I have ever dealt with! We ordered a part for our vovlvo, it needed to be shipped from Massachusetts to Maine, Great! Paid for the part by credit card and awaited arrival the next day - The morning of pickup we get a call that the part is missing, after a round of calls leading all the way up to management the best the could offer was a refund."

"Very helpful staff. They are willing to go the extra mile for you until you walk out the door. After I discovered the $6100 LS2 engine and transmission that they sold me in "perfect running condition" had a blown torque converter and needed an $1150 rebuild, they were not willing to help. The manager said their warranty was "pretty much worthless" if the engine goes into a different model car. This company goes back on their words and sells defective products. BUYER BEWARE!"
