"We found this place on a farmer’s recommendation while sitting at the Ford dealership who told us literally good luck, we can’t help you! The farmer (who sadly we didn’t get his name)overheard came over and told us not to fret, go to Jimmy’s he can help you! So we went straight there spoke with Beau who was the most kind by listening to our story and what we needed for the transmission. He checked on the parts and they were definitely able to help and without getting a new Transmission like Ford Stated at over $7000. We were overjoyed that something could be done and that we didn’t now own a $11,000 dollar paper weight, as our daughters car is not paid off yet. They had the car for a week but kept us informed. We picked it up and a panel was open. We let them know and they came straight out and closed it for us and we have not had any issues since. Our daughters car is fixed and with a warranty. We are very grateful to the Farmer, and the entire shop at Jimmy’s! We drove from Lebanon as no one in Tennessee could look at it that quickly, or do the work. I would definitely go back to them. They were honest, fair in pricing and turn around time was satisfactory. Thank you guys again."

"Initially we were very pleased with the service. After using our van a couple days my wife smelled oil burning and looked under the van and found it was leaking oil. We took it back and they said that it was low on oil and they replaced it and wiped all the oil off. This took care of the immediate problem. Today 7-31-23 we took it to our mechanic in Russellville to have the oil changed and tires rotated. Our mechanic brought the oil drain plug in to tell us we needed a new one. He told us that whoever changed the oil last didn’t put the gasket back on the drain plug and severely over tightened the drain plug and pushed back the threads making it difficult to remove. This is where we became disappointed and thus the rating. This is why we will not trust a strange business again. Prior to this time we had depended on the reviews here and decided to use Jimmy’s. I plan to call them on 8-1-23 to discuss this with the owner. Hoping that if nothing else he will look into how his mechanics are doing things and reimburse for the new drain plug. It’s not that it’s expensive but it’s a step in the right direction on his part. We had oil change and filter, tires rotated and new rotors and brake pads put on the back. I’m only giving them 2 stars because we were glad the work got done because we had an emergency trip to make and were concerned about the brakes."
