"Mark rebuilt my old alternator. Seemed like a fair price to me. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Good independent repair shops are getting hard to find."

"A bunch of crooks. Had a friend take her car here and the owner told her $45 to rebuild her alternator if it could be rebuilt. If not they would see what she wanted to do. When arriving to get the car, they charge her @ $300 and said they replaced it with a new one. Not to mention they fail to check with her to see if it was okay to replace it with a new one which was agreed upon in the beginning. They told her the old one couldn't be rebuilt because too much oil had gotten in the alternator. Also some how the owner wasn't there to talk to her when she picked the car up and he didn't mention anything about a $45 rebuild according to the mechanic. So I told her fine, if you have a new alternator tell him you need a receipt so you can get your warranty in your name in case you have to replace it in the future. So she went back when the owner was present, he states i don't have a receipt we rebuilt the alternator. Not what the mechanic said. Owner said it was $186 to rebuild it and a $100 labor. ? Why would you rebuild it if it cost $186 when we priced a new one for $170 with warranty. Not trying to give this shop a bad name but right is right and wrong is wrong. I personally work on cars myself in my spare time and places and situation like this is what gives us a bad name."

"Been doing business here 20 years. Couldn't get better service, repair electrical parts, or sell new if you need it.
Mark has retired, shop is closed."
