"“not our fault” is the name of the game here. i don’t normally post reviews, but this one seems warranted. to correct some inaccuracies claimed by the owner, i’ve decided to set the record straight. went in for a very simple oil change because my boyfriend was out of town for work, and what should have been a simple job made for a two week disaster. loose drain plug causing the loss of two quarts of oil in 3 days, oil stain in my driveway. they’ll own they did a shot job on the oil change, but nothing further. somehow they claim securing parts back on your car with zip ties instead of hardware, is not their fault. subsequent damage to your car due to securing with zip ties, not their fault. when all the original bolt hardware (that was there when you went in) for your car is missing, and only zip ties remain after you leave, how is that not simply bad workmanship. riddle me this, how does one come in to your place of business with one bolt holding two separate parts? they’ll claim “not our fault, and we have pictures” when you come at them for replacements to the damaged parts, but reference a section of the car that was never asked to be replaced. they’ll replace what they messed up after weeks of persistence, but still tell you it wasn’t their fault. after several times of coming to their shop, countless phone calls, of politely laying it out step by step how it 100% is their fault, they’ll make it right, but still have the nerve to tell you they’re replacing it out of goodwill for their customer, and not simply owning that someone messed up a simple service. word of wisdom, if you make a mistake, try simply owning it, fixing it, and not claiming your customer is lying. it’ll get you much further.
(see photos of oil loss, zip tied skid plates, and leaking loose drain plug)

nice, copy and paste. awfully offended by someone offering their honest review of their experience at your business… why is that? afraid to own mistakes? my photos prove what i was “persistent” about. take a look, see for yourself, and realize it’s okay to make mistakes, it’s how you handle it, with honesty and humility. neither of which were present.
and trust me, the feelings mutual. i never intended on stepping foot in your establishment ever again after being run through the ringer, only to be called a liar."

"Excellent customer service. My visit was perfectly timed. Got me in & out in less than 30 minutes! I just needed a road worthy check for my 900 mile trip. I wasn't due for an oil change. I highly recommend GO AUTOMOTIVE!"

"You can always count on great service at a fair price with these guys. Luke is gone, but a new service writer has been hired. Great guy, but I forgot his name. I recommend them for all your auto repair needs. If they can't fix it, I'm sure they'll recommend a service center that will take care of you."
