"Military family traveling across country. Had a blow out and the staff was very helpful and accommodating to get us back on the road quickly."

"Carquest Auto Parts is fantastic. I have a 2002 Ford with a 7.3 TDI engine, it can be challenging to find parts for it.
That is until I found Carquest Auto Parts. Every time I walk in, having looked at all their competitors, they have exactly.what I need.
Better yet, the staff is friendly and very helpful. They know how to find out what thingamajig I need from my vague descriptions, I know gas engines, diesel is new to me.
One competitor in Livingston large chain store, sold me an expensive part that was not even close to what I needed. I had diagnosed the problem, but had not removed the part, that would have left disabled my truck.
I knew what I needed and gave him the OEM part number and a detailed description. Now I have to waste more time going to return it. Carquest Auto Parts had the part and it worked, it was much easier to get a ride to Celina, because I did not get the right part the first try, my truck would not move.
Carquest Auto Parts is now the FIRST stop I make, ten minutes from my house, no long trips to Livingston or Cookeville, that always turn into a wasted day that would have been better spent earning money.
If you need a part, call them first, save yourself some time, save some fuel, that stuff is expensive theses days.
UPDATE, Instrument panel lamps for a 2002 F250:
I go to Car Questfirst, if they can't get me the part off the shelf, or have it ordered for the next morning, then maybe I don't really need it after all.
Next morning parts in hand, less pricey than on line too!"
