"Very helpful, friendly folks. Our garage door repair person said to go to Campus Auto for a new drive belt. They did not have the exact size, so they ordered it, it came the next day. Not an exact fir (the original belt I had was wrong, too), and they re-ordered a thinner one so it fit. All along, they were very very friendly and easy to work with."

"Kind people, decent selection and can get anything in within a day or two if they don’t have it. Fair prices and not a big chain like the auto zone that moved in right in front of them to try to steal business."

"Looks a little shady, and the stuffs out there on the rack even have dusts on it. However, the staffs there are very eager to help, and seems to really know about cars and parts. It is especially when you need, say, a special nut, or plug, or bushing or so. They don't charge a lot on these small but useful gadgets, which will cost you quite some money in other chain part stores. Also, they seem to have some unique part suppliers, such as Wix filters and Wagner brakes. Overall, if you are a little more than a new DIYer, this place is good for you."
