"Brickyard sold me a fender with a slight bend on the edge that wasn't obvious to the eye until installed on the vehicle. When I called to have the part returned they refused to refund me claiming that I was the one who bent the part. I really wanted to like this yard, however their customer service and lack of willingness to return a part that was damaged is unreasonable and results in a loss of business for me. Find another yard."

"Wasted 2 hours to look at a car, priced high and was told minor front end damage but very low miles so worth looking at, gave me keys to look at it with no instructions, start the car and motor knocks since they couldn’t bother to tell me there’s a hole in the oil pan and it’s bone dry. Having common courtesy isn’t that hard unless you want to rip people off. I said I’d still be interested but not at the price, owner grabbed keys off the counter and snubbed it’ll be sold tomorrow. 0/10 do not recommend"
