"So I'm extremely disappointed at the lack of communication from this location. Yesterday, I had went to this store to purchase two parts. I was able to get one immediately, but the side mirror was going to have to be ordered. I was given a receipt and told it would be available today. I gave my name and number and the gentleman that helped me even created an account with the information I gave.
I show up tonight, after fighting 5PM traffic. Gave my receipt to a different man who took my receipt to the original man who had helped me yesterday. They went wandering around looking for the part. After a few minutes of them looking, I went ahead and browsed and figured I would pick up a socket set since I'm going to need it to install this side mirror. When I got back to the counter the original guy was holding my receipt and I could tell they couldn't find my part. Then the original guy says "Your name is Sarah?" to which I said no and gave him my name (Really - it was on the receipt!). He said "Oh yeah, I called and left you a voicemail I think. About 10 minutes after you left, they called me and said they didn't have the part". I knew I didn't receive a call so I pulled up my call history and confirmed I never received a call and I did not have any voicemails. I said so you can't get it? He said no and suggested I try Amazon.
While I understand that parts can be difficult to obtain; however, there was absolutely no reason for them NOT to call me and advise me that they couldn't get the part I needed. A simple phone call would have saved me not only a day in trying to find the part, but the time and energy of fighting five o'clock traffic to get to the store after work. I will never understand the way customer service has changed from trying to help customers to the "oh well not my problem" mentality. I should have received a phone call so I wouldn't have wasted my time, gas, and energy showing up to get a part that wasn't available. I put the socket set back and shook my head as I headed to my car. They obviously don't want my business and I won't be back."

"Had a great helpful crew when I went in. Needed a part not on the shelf. They went to the back got it. Simple task but sometimes not experienced at chain retail stores."

"Changing my review as of 8/4/23
Called the store to order some oxygen sensors on the 3rd “yesterday” and they said no problem we will order them and they’ll be here tomorrow. So imagine my surprise when I call this morning and am told that they don’t even have the order in the system and that they won’t be able to get the sensor I need until Monday. I’m sorry, but that’s just not good enough when you have competitors like Autozone or Orileys who can actually get things in a timely fashion and order parts when you request them too. I had my whole day planned around getting this sensor installed and now because of pure incompetence, I’ll have to wait. Do better!!!"
