"Looking for 2017 dodge Durango parts nothing at all available for this 6 year old vehicle. Seems almost like they should have some available.."

"The first engine we ordered from them was a dud from the beginning. The second engine we ordered took two weeks to arrive and was delivered broken and unusable. The third engine we ordered was promised to be delivered first thing Monday morning, but by noon Tuesday was still sitting in the warehouse to “be delivered sometime Wednesday.” No one ever returned our calls as they’d said they would. No apologies. My husband ended up driving there to get the engine himself. This has been a 6 weeks long ordeal. If your time is valuable and it’s important to have your car parts quickly so you can drive again, don’t use LKQ."

"Only way to be sure they have the parts pictured on their website is to drive from Oklahoma City to Tulsa and pay $3 a head to walk in and find out they have nothing you need.
How can you not have a phone number?
How can you have a sister store with the same name whose business is entirely different?
NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS HERE OR IN OKLAHOMA CITY, FOR THAT MATTER ANY LOCATION OF THEIRS. MY HUMBLE OPINION."
