"Was given a quote to scrap a mint condition 1995 Buick lesabre limited a rare car only made like 3500 of this series loaded with the first New technologies power everything except the moonroof package.no parts missing alot of new parts on motor all leather new tires fired right up runs drives but was missing the cat there quote over phone was 400 when they showed up at house to pick up and pay out once they Seen it was straight piped no cat they dropped the price to 200 dollars I was insulted at this point I told the driver to leave my premises.just to be fair this was not the only junk buyer who pulled the same scenario. These companies are taking advantage of individuals by using this catalytic convertor scheme oh you don't have a cat on it well we can't give you much for the car because no cat and scrap is down 140 a ton. So be wise about the company you select. I did eventually find a company to pay me 350 so ???? if you shop around a bit and not in a hurry to scrap for a quick 200 measly bucks you can find a decent buyer they are out there good luck everyone.hopefully you don't go thru what I've had to endure.with that said have a great day and thank you for valuing my opinion."

"Staff friendly and helpful. Ordered a step bumper and pad for a Van. Called to see if it was in and was told it was. Went to get it, It wasn't in yet. Called next day and verified it was all there. Went to pick up. Bumper was wrong. You have to call the order hotline for problems, the staff cannot do anything except take returns. Left a message with original sales agent. He didn't return my call. It was getting close to cutoff time for next day delivery, so I called the order desk and was told no step bumpers were available at all. Ended up ordering from a different company."
