"I dealt with Matt and Taylor about a week ago. It was Friday at 5:20 and they closed at 6. They were very pleasant, and quick to remove the part I needed. Both were straight forward guys, and Matt knows his inventory very well which made it super easy to get the part. I highly recommend, and will be using them again (without a doubt)."

"Matthew and team were very helpful. I was needing a tail light lens for an 06 Mitsubishi Outlander and they tracked down two different models. Found the correct one and charged me a reasonable price. Very good service and very easy to deal with."

"Ordered a ecm for my daughter's car from Steel Rose. It ended up arriving a fair while after the specified date. No big deal, happy to have the part at a fair price. We dropped the part off at the gmc dealership. The car came in and out of the garage a few times. It kept having a new issue where it would sporadically die out on the highway. In the end it turned out that the ecm that we ordered from Steel Rose was defective. I contacted Steel Rose and was told, "I'll warranty stuff for 30 days." The order was outside the 30 day window with all the time it sat at the dealership and the owner wasn't interested in helping. My daughter ended up with around $1500 in fees for diagnosing the defective part from Steel Rose. The sad thing is that for another 34 dollars we could've ordered a tested unit with a one year warranty with faster shipping. I suggest it you find yourself looking for a car part you avoid this junk yard because that's all you're going to find here.. junk."
