"First time to this Kenny U-pull. Staff was okay when we went in, they let us know in the advance their closing time as we were there late. They do have a huge lot of cars, however we were not able to find what we were looking for. This place is quite in the interiors. It was a quite a bit of drive for us from Halifax."

"Love this u-pull. Pricing is very reasonable. I was quoted $300 for a new throttle position sensor for my Accord from the dealer and about $180 from parts stores... instead I went here, pulled the part myself and only paid $23ish after taxes and "entrance fee"
Also, I love the colours of the swag they have on site. Classic Monte Carlo colours!
Pricing on wheels is a bit on the high side. To the point, where it can be cheaper just to hop on marketplace and not have to bust your knuckles.
My only two real qualms:
1. Other Kennys locations have better photos listed on their website. I understand time is money, but even if you increased the prices of everything by $1, it'd save me time/money when I want to see if a particular car has a certain option.
Their website does now show the trim level of cars in the yard, so if for example you want to see if an Accord is an EX-L because you want the leather seats, it's easy to see if it has them.
2: Their tire machine for removing tires off a wheel is either broken or doesn't work very well. It's also not mounted to the ground, so it moves around while you try to remove a tire.
I'm always happy to support u-pulls! They make keeping older cars on the road more viable. Saving money and the environment!"

"Extremely dissatisfied, we made sure to call before going there, driving 45 minutes, if they had parts for our particular car but when we got there, the car was already crushed and no money back. Very unorganized."
