"Absolutely HORRIBLE !!! The Female staff at the front are Useless and Lazy !! I drove 40 mins to get there for a wheel, she "" Kinda pointed in the General direction of the " supposedly 2 cars that were candidates ( there was only one ) When I finally did locate the car the wheels were off the ground and the nuts had been put on with an Impact Gun ( which is normal ) Long story short I Hiked all the way Back to the office and explained this hoping they would offer "" SOME ASSISTANE " To offer wood or a bar or HOLD the wheel WHATEVER !!! " I also shared I drove 40 mins to Get there -!! And one of the Girls only interest was to check my Bag of 3 tools on the way out !! ABSOLUTELY NOOO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR APPRECIATION !!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK !! And I advise others to search ANYWHERE but here for their needs !!!"

"Good news they don't force you to take a mugshot or spy on you like some kind of criminal. (Pick-n-pull)
Things to bring:
- The tools you need for the job.
- Clothes you don't care about and/or coveralls
- All the tools you think you might need, and then a few more (Maybe watch a how to video before going just in case, though often people will help eachother out).
- 'Steel toed' shoes/boots
- Gloves (stuff is sharp)
- Tinted safety glasses wouldn't be a bad idea either.
- Bring water
- Your wallet (but there is no entry fee)
Review:
The parking lot is littered with items that potentially could puncture your tire. This is kind of standard fare, but If it was paved and swept it would be top notch. Be careful while driving,
They actually have outhouses in the yard which is nice.
If you see any pointy things help yourself and others and move it somewhere else. Perhaps that pointy thing is the part you need. lol.
The yard was very nicely organized, I didn't even look at their very useful map, and still intuitively found what I was looking for in about 2 min.
The staff were friendly, and knowledgeable. However, the one I spoke with did keep repeating "$20" as I held my credit card and said "on mastercard". Those plastic plague barriers are quite the nuisance. (But a brand new grocery store had them installed so, maybe it's a building code now. Depressing).
The yard wasn't massive but they had a good selection, and compared to wasting time at pick-n-pull they actually had multiples of what I needed. Instead of 0.
No entry fee is really nice, you can go in, check and leave without wasting money. Again not being subjected unwittingly to a paparazzi tablet is nice (though not having to deal with that is the normal expectation).
The prices were either the same or better than pick-n-pull. However, there aren't as many tills as pick-n-pull. That said, the line moved faster. Still I am sure they get bogged down.
Another downside was some of the vehicles were too close together. But the rails the vehicles were resting on seem much safer than sitting on rims. (Still watch out, and if you are under the car try to find something to put beside you so you don't get crushed)
All in all, aside from getting a bigger yard, more tills, a proper bathroom, and a clean, paved parking lot. It's about as good as it gets."

"Good place to find parts but people that work there a bit funny.
Closed gate 5:30 on October 15 when schedule says 6:30. Just kissed padlock and waisted gas and time"

Friendly personalized service.
"I like Bucks the best. I always go to Bucks first, before the other parts pick places, or other wreckers. Good prices, no hassle, and kind service. "
