"They want you to pay for your part upfront even though the part has not been pulled. We went on Saturday to pay for a transmission which we were told would be pulled on Monday. Called them and they told us that their forklift was being repaired and the transmission would probably not be pulled on Monday. Well if you know that you are not going to have a part ready for a customer, WHY DON'T YOU CALL THEM AND LET THEM KNOW? We are talking about $428.00 here. THEY HAVE NO PROFESSIONALISM ABOUT THEM WHATSOEVER!! Took my number and told me they would call me when the item was pulled. After not hearing from them all morning, I decided to call them again that afternoon around 3:10pm. The person who answered the phone told me that they had just got the forklift fixed and that my part would not be pulled until Tuesday. I could feel the unpleasantness in his voice, not wanting to discuss THEIR DISCREPANCY!! It's unfortunate that the part I paid for has not been easy to find, as we have checked everywhere. If I could find the part someplace, I would have them refund my money and I would go someplace else. I don't think I will be doing business with them ever again."
