"Get ready to stand around and tap your foot while waiting for what seems like a century, even though you're the only one there. They are friendly, they just don't have a sense of urgency. They do things backwards here. They weigh all your metal at the same time and subtract the weight after taking each different metal off one-by-one instead of adding it to the scale. This method is highly inefficient because you end up just standing there the whole time rather than participating in the exchange. However, they will purchase vacuums by the unit, rather than by weight so you can make out there. $1 per vacuum!"
