"I have utilized Specialty Paint & Body twice in the course of one year, and let me tell you, this facility is STELLAR. The staff is friendly, professional, accurate, and prompt. Not only that, but every single individual goes above and beyond to assist you. When I came into the facility for a second time, the staff remembered me (even though my service dates were 10 months apart). Janice and Sarah at the front desk are on top of their game and are incredibly helpful when it comes to navigating local rental car companies. This last service, the insurance company had a preferred rental facility for me to use, and I set up my rental car appointment for the morning of my service at the shop. When I arrived, Janice and Sarah already KNEW the rental car facility was not going to be on time to my appointment. After a quick confirmation with the rental car facility, they confirmed they would not be by in time with my rental and offered to DRIVE me there as to not waste my morning. It was incredibly helpful because I had taken the morning off from work and had to be back in a timely manner. Had Sarah not drove me there, God only knows how long I would have waited.
With this last service, the body shop was on top of communication regarding the stages of my service.
When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I merely walked into the facility, said nothing, and they had my paperwork out and already had a service member pulling up my vehicle as I was walking in. As I was gearing up to leave the facility, already blown away and satisfied, a service member came outside to let me know of additional findings during the repair process of my vehicle and explained how they fixed them. That was the topper to my amazing service. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility. I will always utilize them in the future, hands down."

The staff was very kind and efficient. They also went above and beyond to clean my car and detail the inside which I did not expect. The shop handled most of the insurance process as well.
