"Very dishonest company with no integrity.
In 2016, I purchased a TR6060 transmission for $1,980 that they had claimed was a fully remanufactured transmission from the Shelby Racing school. This transmission is just one piece in the hundreds of parts I purchased for a full pro-street, show car Mustang build. It sat in my garage on the pallet for the next few years. My entire build is documented, with thousands of photos, videos, blogs, social media, etc, and this year, we finally got it running, only to find the 4th gear synchro is entirely worn. So now, all of the custom turbo plumbing, bracing, and painted interior console has to be removed to pull the transmission and send it out for a rebuild.
When I informed them of the problem, they said that they were told it was rebuilt. That is a far cry from assuring it was fully remanufactured, in which case had I known it was hearsay, I would not have purchased it. Rather than open a suit for full damages of install, removal, rebuild, and install, I asked them to simply refund the difference in price of what a broken transmission would have sold for. They denied it, so I again tried to work with them kindly and asked that they merely cover the blown synchro repair cost. Again they denied it, stating that it is outside of warranty. For any that may not be aware, full builds like this take massive amounts of time, and this is not an unusual situation. Many companies will work with you, and warranty coverage is most often from time of use, rather than a big box store for consumer parts that is from date of purchase. I had stacks of boxes and parts, motor, etc all on standby throughout parts of this process, and all the manufacturers, resellers, and 14 sponsors worked with me knowing the situation.
The root of this problem is that they lied. This is a direct reflection on character and lack of integrity, and it is not prudent to trust business owners that behave this way."

"I can’t express how impressed I am with this company. I wish all places took the time and care they do to make sure their customers are happy. They went above and beyond for me. The product sold was in impeccable condition. We had some issues with a shipping company but this team went out of their way to make sure I got my product and kept me informed every step of the way. Great jobs guys. I am in Canada and I’ll let everyone know how great you guys are.
Thanks again.

"Disappointed!!! Bought an engine in 2021 got it shipped all the way here to California. I was told it was rebuilt back in 2005 by ford looked super clean with 150k. Well, drop the engine in my car & there was a knock!! To late now way passed 90day warranty!!!"
