"They are outright rude and racist to the customers that come especially the tall hispanic lady at the main scale house. They gave me 2 different prices between the small scale and the big scale.
The small scale gave me $8 per 100 lbs and the racist at the big scale gave me $7 per 100 lbs. When confronted about the pricing, they just shrug it off and walk away. This place only caters to the hispanic crowd and their only spanish speaking staff shows it."

"I have been working for a junk removal company for a little over 2 years, when I first began coming here it was a very quick, simple, straight forward process. They had 2 girls in the office and one guy out in the scrapyard. It would take about 15-20 minutes back then. Now the place is always packed, and they have more employees then ever. It takes about an hour to dump here usually now. I think the biggest problem is shown in the photo below. Where people used to dump, the cranes now works there nonstop. They need to have someone operating the crane overnight or in the evening not during normal business hours. Before this crane would park here people could get in and out very easy. Now this crane is parked here everytime where people are supposed to dump, so you have to drive around the whole place to dump on the backside, it makes it confusing, if the crane HAS to always been working, it needs to be on a different spot so this place has some sort of flow to it, right now its become a mess."

"I never do reviews, honestly, I don't see much of a point.....who cares about my negative reviews, you know? In the grand scheme of the world, what does it matter? Usually, the owners of companies will just respond to the review to appease the public eyes viewing the negative stars. Nothing is ever done about it from a physical aspect, so what's the point, nothing is ever truly solved?
My issue was the rudeness and disorganization I experienced today. More so, the rudeness, of the guy weighing the exiting vehicles today. The lady weighing vehicles upon entering is always very polite and nice, and so is the lady printing the checks. Nothing bad to say about them, only they are courteous and professional. However, the guy weighing the exiting vehicle's treats people like they are scrappers and they come there every day and they should know the process. If they don't, then he proceeds to yell at them, and treats them disrespectfully. In my case, the green light and sound was so quick and goes directly back to red you don't see it. So it can be confusing when to get on and off the scale. If this happens, why be rude, mad and yell at customers? He even started slamming the door really loudly in my face due to frustration.
I don't know if he was just having a bad or what, but I drove away extremely irritated and mad due to the disorganization and rudeness of that specific employee. My opinion on the matter, is just be respectful and nice to customers. I understand it can be a hard job, but customer service and respectfulness is lacking with that employee. I hope it's not a reflection of the company as a whole. All other employees on-site were great. As a small business owner, I'm serious considering never going back. I'll have to sleep on it."
