"I needed a stock rim for one that my kid bent. Tire stores apparently don't have these and source from different spots, if at all. This happened on a Sunday, so the shop doing the repairs said to try Pull A Part. They said that they have lots of rims already pulled, and because the car is common and they had several in stock, it shouldn't be an issue. I had the size and the bolt pattern. I go in, and I ask the guy who takes the admission fee (more on this later) what the deal with rims was and told him I just needed 1 generic rim. He told me I would have to buy all four. I told him I wasn't looking for a fancy rim that needed to match with the other three. I only needed a generic stock one.
By this point, I'm pretty irritated that I even had to go get my own rim anyway, so I just left.
The tire store told me that is not at all what should have happened, and they send customers over there all the time to get stock rims.
I don't know if it was because I am a woman, and the only one who was there, or what. But what kind of junkyard won't sell a customer a part?
Also, they charge $2 admission. What? Why!?"

"Not like it used to be. Only allowed 16 and up in and had my son, who's 11 with me. Be aware have a baby sitter if going to PullAPart! Also not many newer vehicles there. Anything 2011 and up no need, go somewhere else!"

"Parts are overpriced. They also nickel and dime you by charging an "environmental fee" a "service fee" and a fee for debit card payments. I won't be back."
