"This use to be a great place until in the last few months they have jacked up prices so much it is cheaper to buy new or cheaper online for instance a headlight for my vehicle was 50 dollars now it is close to 300 for same light I can buy online for cheaper and I don’t have to pull myself or waste my gas. This isn’t just one part it’s all the common failure parts they are just ridiculous on their pricing it’s not worth the drive or your time"

"This is the worst experience I have ever had here. On your website it clearly says $21.99 a tire from 13-16inch in size. Then it show's the total price $28 and change. The gentleman at the front asks what you looking for etc. Awesome, he gave me a listing of cars and location. I find 4 tires, get them off the car then head to the front to check out. Another guy comes out looks at the tires goes back behind the desk and gives me a total of $265+. I looked at him and told him how is he getting this. He say the tire is $21.99 and environmental fee's & core fee & warranty. There's nothing on your website of you being charged tire rim combo rate etc. So if you want just a tire make sure you bring a machine to take the tire off the rim because you have to pay for both. Ohh and to top it off the gentleman at the front who was asking information about what are you looking for etc, never even mentioned anything about you getting charged for not only a tire, but a rim environmental fee's (why if you are purchasing a item a removing it from their inventory) and a core charge etc."

"I went to the junkyard 15 mins before closing, and because of this, the women upfront charged me $120 for one tire. I can get a new one for $100. What is this place? Overcharging for parts and adding warranty without asking me. This place is a joke. Don't bother wasting your time, they will charge you like it is a new part. And when I asked why so much, they didn't even explain the warranty. These people were mad they stayed 30 mins past closing and took it out on the last customers. Do they always overcharge like this? This should be a scam and illegal"
