YT Censors All “YT Censors All” Google Review
"Greg and Amanda were very helpful when my car had an oil problem and engine knock censor issue. Unfortunately, it died up the road and had to be towed. But they were really helpful hooking up the diagnostics and seeing what else is wrong. Turns out, Kia is having issues countrywide"

"Poor customer service! Gave me a price for new rotors when I had plainly told her I wanted them surfaced. Female manager had a bad attitude and used every excuse in the book why she couldn’t give me a courtesy call and let me know she wasn’t going to turn my rotors. 2 1/2 hours later I returned and they were still sitting in the floor where I left them. She told me the turning machine “wasn’t” working. I believe because of her unprofessional attitude she thought “she would show me”!
I will never shop at the Clayton location again and most likely will never do business with Oreilly’s period! A great way to lose business and customers!"
