"Love this place! Lee and Will helped me find what I was looking for. I needed a backrest for my Honda Shadow Sabre and not only did they find it, Lee polished the part for me and gave me some knowledge. You can teach an old dog new tricks! I highly recommend this place."

"The parts person never mentioned the part was used, and it was in worse shape than the one I had. He said the part was still good but there was chunks of rubber missing to the gasket. Then he snatched the piece off of my hands and said you don't need to buy it. It was cheaper to buy it new which I thought I was buying."

"They’ll get you when you’re in a pinch. Especially signing a waiver for no returns even when they give you parts for a different motorcycle, offering only store credit when you bring them back. asking me if i’m sure i have the right bike even when i bring my own part in to compare. Disrespectful and unknowledgeable staff that condescendingly speak down to their customers selling parts at a 3x markup compared to retail."
