"NEVER visit this place unless you have the temperament of a Jerry Seinfeld who can keep his cool and smile at the "holding the reservation" type of situations. For regular folks this place can be a trying experience. You talk to one of them on phone and he says something, which can be whatever he feels like at that moment as - in his own words - he talks to 500 people every day and cannot keep track of what he says to each one. I wish I had known *that* before calling them. But you don't, so you call them or go to their shop and meet someone else who says something else. And you need to remember which one of them spoke to you while there is this ongoing undercurrent in his tone that you might be "mistaken" or even worse. After 3 calls and 2 visits I for sure gave up on them as well as on the ideal of Jerry Seinfeld.
To sum up, this place is a good example of a place operated by utterly unprofessional, unreliable, and arrogant bunch of people who have criminal disrespect for their customers and their time. Go if you must and take your luck with you."
