"This is a great source for JDM parts. We were looking for a replacement engine for a Mazda rx8 and chose JDM auto parts USA because they had the best price and comprehensive pictures. "Bought an engine off these guys and they were never in contact with anything. I've had to reach out multiple times about what the status of my order was. After some curt and uninformative responses I demanded a refund.
They want to enforce a 30% restocking fee for an item that's still in their warehouse, and where they never showed evidence of postage information. How do you restock an item in your facility with no evidence that it was being prepared?
Still giving me the runaround with refunding as of right now.
