"Big thank you to Terry! We needed a 40ft cargo container moved between Boyd and Alvord. Relocation was same day. The driver was courtesy and dropped it right where we needed it. Clear was experienced and comfortable with the big containers. Highly recommend!"

"I’ve been to the service side of Chico Auto 2 times. The first time, I had some tires balanced. They did a terrible job. I had them rebalance them 3 more times and no improvement. I finally gave up and went elsewhere. When I asked them about it They said “ Well we’re really not in the tire business”. They kept my money for the tire balance. The second time I went there was a few months later. I took some control arms in there to have new bushings pressed into them. I’ve done this many times over my life. I know how long it takes. I know how much it should cost. I provided all of the parts needed. The only thing they were to provide was about an hour of labor. I was charged $250.00. When I questioned it, they told me that they had 3 guys working on it for a couple of hours. I know that it takes a hydraulic press to install the bushings. I have a really hard time believing that it took three grown men more than 2 hours to pump a jack handle on a hydraulic press. When I picked up my parts, the parts kit that I had left with them had missing pieces. When I asked them about it, they told me that they were never there. I really think that they either lost them or someone needed them more than me. Needless to say, I’m out $250.00 for a $125.00 job, $40.00 for a useless tire balance, and 2 missing ball joints. Is this our new normal for our world today? I talked to another shop after that. They quoted me $125.00 for the same job. I had written off the tire balance. I thought that they could be trusted. NEVER AGAIN!"

"They can be a bit pricy for the small stuff, but outside of that, they know what they’re doing more than any mechanics I’ve gone to. They get stuff done fast, correctly, and for the most part at a reasonable price. I refuse to trust anyone else with my truck while I live in Wise County."
