"4 stars from me. Great service except for one person that I spoke with (C). Most of the parts specialist were courteous, attentive and willing to help. The ordering process was simple and relatively quick. They sent me an email with tracking info once the item shipped and my order arrived (properly padded and boxed) within 4 days of order being placed. I would gladly use and recommend Carolina Cycles in the future."

"limped in as the last of the fix a flat leaked out of the back tire on my 49 Harley. it was 2ish Saturday afternoon and i had about 120 miles to home. asked if they had a tube and if I could pay them to install it. guy came out, looked at the bike and said they wouldn't work on it, (no reason given). When my friend asked why, we were told 1 mechanic was leaving (hurt his back) and the other was building a motor (and couldn't stop ?) I said i'd do it, and asked if there was a cinder block or something to put the bike on, and if they had a couple of tire irons I could use, I had everything else. he says they don't have any blocks, try the indian dealer and walked away. Well at that point i would have loved to, but when theres no air in the tire, that's where you have to fix it. found some 4x4's in trash next door and was prepping to pick the bike up when he came out and said not to do it in front of the shop door. ( that didnt open the whole time we were there) I moved it, paid for the tube and once the wheel was off, borrowed 2 tire irons(they took my id for safekeeping) and fixed it. the kid working there was ok, he put air in the tie and gave us a cup of water,(thanks kid) but this not the way you expect to be treated at any bike shop, or any bikers house when you need help."

"I am repairing a salvage '22 Suzuki V-STROM 1050XT. To identify a good long-term parts supplier, I ordered parts from three online sellers. I found Caroline Cycle to be the best considering cost, price transparency, communications, and speed of delivery."
