"I would like to state that the owners and workers are all very kind and helpful. My car broke down in front of their business, and they were wonderful with helping me get a tow! Thank you again!"

"The manager/owner was incredibly rude to my boyfriend while we were there, we dropped off our other scrap in the back and almost got large air conditioners dropped on our head and then came to the front to recycle the bags of aluminum cans we had. When we got over there he was already glaring at us, and we were dumping our cans into the bin the lady gave us and when we finished we got all the stuff we dropped up off the ground and brought the cans over to him and he said "i dont like your work." because the cans were dirty bc we had just cleaned up the outside of his mothers house they had been outside for a year or 2 of course there was rain water on them. He said "your work is bad" and the proceeded to throw a metal frying pan we accidentally dropped in there in front of our feet with extreme attitude, but we couldnt reach it to grab it out yet so we were gonna get it when we walked over there then he had already snatched it out of the bin and thrown it. He said this aluminum is bad and changed our 22 lbs of aluminum to 18 lbs and said "ill take it this time but next time you wont get so lucky.""

"Very easy process especially for someone who hasn't been there before. I've went to many scrap yards that were very confusing and employees weren't helpful. This one is amazing all around"
