"The most unprofessional business I’ve ever seen. When my friend I came to Edmonton to get rid of her totalled bike, we had figured the company had a forklift to take the bike off the truck as it was strapped to pallet because the frame was snapped and dragging on the ground. Me, my best girl friend and the guy had to drag the bike off of the truck and into the shop.
When the guy from bike breaks stepped into the truck bed, he put his full body weight onto the wing of the truck snapping it off. The company is refusing to take responsibility or pay damages. When my friend made a post about it, they responded in the most unprofessional manner.
Do not go here."
