"My friends car was towed after she parked in a towable lot without realizing it. Fed Ex and other companies work with them to tow cars and then have the audacity to charge $200 or more cash to get your car back. No receipt available due to “office remodeling” Complete robbery to charge this amount. These people have NO souls. Reporting them to the BBB. They can reply with their excuses all the want but this is wrong and they know it."

"this place is involved in predatory towing practices and preys on UNCG students who wrongly park in towable lots. they charge $250/day for storage!!! I will be contacting legal services regarding their prices and encourage anyone else victimized by this company to do the same!"

"Apparently this company works for Cottages at Greensboro which is an apartment complex for students mainly North Carolina A&T. They are just going around towing the students cars for no reason. The apartment complex did not give the students parking decals instead they registered their tag numbers. But somehow this company is towing cars that are registered. My son took pictures of others cars parked without parking decals but they towed his. This company is preying on college students who are trying to work, go to college, and pay rent. I have contacted the BBB and I am in the process of filing a complaint and I’m contacting every news company in the area to get this out. This is not right that these kids wake up and their vehicles are going without any warning. The complex is also to blame. I will also be seeking legal advice. The taking advantage of young college kids will end."
