"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. I was so disappointed with how I was treated here. I went in to pick up a starter for my friends car, my friend called about 2 hours before I came and was told they did have it in stock and would set it aside for us. When I went in I told them the year, make and model of the car. The man checking me out asked if the car was a 6 cylinder, I told him I did not know because it is not my car and was picking it up for a friend. He said okay it should be this one because it is the only one we have. I said okay great, then the other man behind the counter started laughing and said “wow she doesn’t know if her car is a 6 cylinder or not” I told him as well that it was in fact NOT my car. Then he continues to say that the year model was only a 6 cylinder model (which is not true). This is not how customers should be treated, I figured being that we are in 2023 misogynistic comments would not be so common, clearly it is alive and well at this shop. I will not be back."
