"extremely rude on the phone did not want to help ask him what the price of the part would be I'm looking for he said he will not tell me because my car did not come with a backup camera but it's standard equipment"

"They wanted $375 for a rear differential for an 02 f150, and wasn't going to budge on the price, lift up the truck, or even tote it out with a machine, went next door to Morgan's and got one for $200, they put it on a metal saw horse, we removed it, then they hauled it out to my truck. Be greedy lose business, that's how it works."

"First, if you are not Latino they just assume,t you do not speak Spanish. They had an offensive conversation about me. Right in front of me. One I almost jumped in on, to defend myself. Second, Fully expect the wife to charge whatever she feels like without any regard to the price of the same part brand new. I just paid 20.05$ on Amazon for the same two parts and a length of wire she had tried to charge me 40 for. I am Retired from being a Factory certified, Master auto Glass installer, Flat Glass and plastics Expert. Even though I have retired. I still install thousands of dollars worth of used glass for poor families and friends who can't afford a glass shop. My donated time I keep track of I write off as charity so win win. So much so the junkyard in Charlotte where I just moved from never charged me at all for my personal parts because I moved so many glass parts. They just lost my business before even getting it. My advice, If you want a fair price at this place, get the quote from him first and hold him to it. But that's probably their scam. Her doubling prices after you've put in the work to pull the parts. She gets nasty and mad if you Try to get up front prices over the phone. So flip a coin. They will probably still accuse you of stealing parts while you were there, to your face, if they think you do not speak Spanish. Like they say, It is the dishonest, who often think everyone else is just as dishonest."
