"Made a call to them with a couple of questions and after ringing several times, it was picked up, then hung back up...so I called back, thinking it was an accident(the hanging up), and after 5 rings it was picked up and the gentleman was audibly rushed. Before I could get my first question out, he had already answered to the negative. So I began to ask if they might have a clutch arm for a Saturn, at which point I was immediately cut off with "no sir, I dont have any Saturns in the yard". Before I could say a word I could hear the receiver being set down and the line disconnected. I know that people are busy sometimes and that's ok, but this experience was 100% rude, and I do not see how someone could stay in business treating potential customers that way. Maybe they have all the business they can handle and no room for new ones...just poor customer relatations..."
