"The guy doesn't know what the back hatch of a Ford explorer is and says there's only 4 doors that open on the vehicle. After 5 mins of trying to explain to him it's the door that has the license plate hanging from it. He hung up on me and I've been calling repeatedly since and being ignored. I intend to keep calling continuously all day till I can get an answer but so far I'm really hating the disrespectful atmosphere."

"My vehicle broke down on the side of the road. I called this company to assist me with selling it. The man was very rude and told me to hurry up because he had another call on the line. He was asking me questions about my vehicle that I didn’t know, and while I was trying to get the answers for him he told me I was taking too long and hung up on me. I would give them 0 stars if I could."

"Nice and helpful over the phone. Didn't have the part I needed, but was very professional."
