"I had been calling all around in and out of my state of PA looking for a particular part to modify my truck. Needed a power steering pump bracket off of a specific model vehicle. You would think it wouldn't be that hard. Most salvage places blew me off and wouldn't return my phone calls. "Nah, we don't have that" or "We get those in but we crush them". "Nah, too old". Never took the time to even look through their inventory. I have two toddlers and no time to go digging through a U- Pull-It. What I needed wasn't that hard to look for. Gentleman I talked to said he would send somebody in the yard to look. I got a call back saying they had exactly what I was looking for. This place really helped me out and got me what I needed and offered to ship it to me. Could not be more greatful. Top notch customer service. I will be dealing with them in the future if I need any more parts. I'm a parts manager and work for a large central PA auto dealership franchise and I dont even get that kind of service from my local vendors."
