"I never had a problem with bringing my metals here to sell. Just remember that when you look up what copper is going for per pound, you are not going to get that price. I mean they are a business to and they have to make something for handling, shipping, employee's and the cost of business."

"We are a mechanical contractor from Armstrong and we collect a lot of copper, brass, and sheet metal scrap in our line of work, which we recycle here. The guys in Kamloops always treat us fair and we have found them very pleasant to deal with. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!"

"These guys will try and take advantage of you. I inquired what the going rate of scrap steel was for a commercial client and the gave me a price of $50/ton. As the price seemed extremely low, I called the Prince George branch. Prince George was paying $130/ton... When I called the Kamloops branch back, the manager said that all their steel has to go to the coast by rail and that is where there price has to be when they factor in transport. I asked the manager to to explain his math and reasoning as Prince George is a longer haul to the coast... He said "that's just the way it is." After I told him I would be dealing with the other scrap dealer in town due to his dishonest business practices, he said he didn't care as their steel has to go to the coast through them anyways. Very poor management at the Kamloops branch."
