"This is my first choice in salvage yards!
Louis and Alex are stand-up guys!
Love the customer service "trolley" and the wash station with Go-jo pumice hand cleaner and even a towel to clean up!
It is very organized and enjoyable to get the parts for my vehicles."

"I went to four of their yards for their Labor Day sale. I did my homework in advance on their website to confirm locations of cars that have parts on my shopping list. The good: Car availability is easily verified on their website. They had cars that their competitors did not. I managed to get two items on my shopping list.
The bad: Their parts prices (posted on website) are higher than many of their competitors, even during their sales promotions. You need to pay admission at each yard, instead of one admission to all yards per day. In many cases, I paid admission to learn that the parts I needed were already gone. Other parts were damaged, and there is no discount for damage unless they ring it up as a different item, at their discretion.
Phoenix North and South are at the same address, with train tracks dividing them. Confirm that the car you want is in the correct lot prior to paying. I paid at South, when the car was in North. No refund on the wasted admission. They use the same row numbers in both, which seems terribly foolish."
