"I was looking to buy a replacement jack for my vehicle. After going through several vehicles, I found one that wasn’t an exact replacement, but I hoped would work. On the way out, I was stopped by an employee on a forklift. He was polite, but asked that I give him the jack because they were not allowed in the vehicle parts area due to safety concerns.. I explained that I wanted to purchase it, and he said that was ok, but that I would need to head straight to checkout. When I mentioned that what I had wasn’t actually the right one, that was the start of my day getting much better.
The young man, Connor, said he would help me find the right jack and would meet me in the front of the yard. We met there, and he searched several vehicles to find what I needed. The vehicles had not yet been fully processed and weren’t in the main yard, and we’re parked tightly together. Connor squeezed through, and climbed over vehicles trying to find the right jack. Eventually he did.
I am quite impressed with the help and service Connor provided me today. He had plenty to do already, but went the extra mile for me. I’m so glad he came to work today!
I feel he is representative of all the personnel I have encountered there - polite and helpful."

"These people deserve less than a one-star rating. They only give store credit, (okay) you will not get your money back. I bought an engine from these people with a 6-month warranty. they tell you that you have 30 days to get a store credit, which I did. Then they tell you that if you don't use that store after 30 days it turns into an exchange which is fine. I need an engine for my car, so then they tell me after 4 months if THEY don't get my engine, I lose my $250!!!! (Not only do I not get to fix my car) Who does that because they can't get my engine in. Calling to try to talk to a manager or owner is worthless. I will never spend another dollar here. I suggest you think about it before you do."

"I visited Polk county Pick N Pay. And had an amazing time. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Marissa in particular was great. Friendly, quick and thorough.
Wonderful setup. The cars are in grouped by make and model in a in specific row. She gave me a list of the cars on a sheet of paper. I could find what I was looking for and am very impressed. Great job Marissa and great job Pick and Pay!"
