"My two stars are because this business is not accommodating for its customers. The main service is pick your part but they no longer have anyone to answer the phone and confirm prices. It keep saying prices are online but I only see the car I have at one location 40min away with no prices. You might drive a hour and they are too expensive now you waisted a hour drive with whatever is wrong with your car"

"Corrijan el horario porque vine y abrieron hasta las 9:30 no antes y había una cola gigantesca y denle de comer al personal porque tienen un mal trato hacia el público"

"If you value your time, don’t waste it here. Just call a used auto parts place at least they have the decency of answering the phone to give you information. You never know if the parts is good or bad.Just come to practice doing the job. they go online to look up OEM brand new prices and that’s exactly how much they charge, full price with taxes. Prejudice AF too. Yea they give 90 day warranty but if there’s no more available you’ll have to wait until they get another one.(junk car). The whole business is a scheme. Bad experience overall. They need to be more reasonable."
