Located in Dayton, OH, this salvage yard is a treasure trove for those in need of auto parts. With a vast lot full of vehicles of every make and model, customers have raved about the extensive inventory available for self-service. One standout feature highlighted by customers is the option to get a printout of vehicle locations, making the search for specific parts much easier. While there's always a risk when it comes to availability and condition of used parts, many appreciate the affordability and savings compared to buying brand new parts from manufacturers. The ocean of cars as one customer described it, offers an opportunity to save money without compromising on quality. For anyone looking to pick their part while keeping costs in check, this place is definitely worth considering.

"When I took my core back the cashier was rude and not courteous. He sent me to another register and that guy took a customer ahead of me with a large purchase.
Very rude! I should have been taken first because I was there first and my transaction was quicker. I'm white and both clerks are black. by the way that I was treated I feel that they are both racist. I observed their treatment of the black customers and I was treated completely different. I ask the management to talk to their employees and train them on good quality customer service for all races!"

"Terrible experience selling a car to them. Told them what happened and what was wrong with the car, answered all their questions about the body damage. They said we'll be there between 1-3pm. We wait. Then call us at 3:15 and say that the quote says no body damage, correct ? uh no!.. we told the lady on the phone what happened to it, and then repeated the same thing to the new person on the phone. They then drop the $$ by half and say they can't give us an updated time, just stay home and wait by the phone ????... So we've been sitting here all day waiting for them and expected and certain amount and now they're really late and only giving us half the money they promised. Terrible experience. Train your people on the phone better so they give people the correct information."

"It's an ocean of cars. They had just about every vehicle imaginable. You could even get a printout of locations on the vehicle your looking for. The only problem is not knowing if the part you need is still there or in working condition, but that's the risk you take for trying to be cheap and not just paying an arm and a leg for a brand new part from the manufacturer. Good luck picking your part!!"
