"After years of pulling parts and without notice the company decided the independent pullers can no longer pull parts for customers they hired their own staff to pull parts. As a family man with kids to feed a note would have been nice. Gonna miss the great staff Big Will and all my customers!"

"The process of arranging the selling of my car was smooth. However, the pickup process was not so good. I called to make arrangements for the pickup and explained that I lived out of state and would drive to Baltimore and meet the tow driver at their Hawkins Point Rd. location with the title. I explained that the dealer was already made aware of the pickup. Just stop at the service department to pick up the key. The representative said okay.
While driving to Baltimore, the tow driver called to verify the pickup. I told him that the dealership was expecting him. He immediately told me that he couldn't tow the vehicle unless I was at the vehicle. This was around 10:45 am. After fighting the Baltimore traffic, I arrived at the dealership around 11:50 am. To make a longer story shorter, I had to wait until approximately 2:00 p.m. for the tow truck to arrive. The driver was very professional and pleasant. Otherwise, I would rated this business as a one (1). Next time, I will select another business."

"Huge waste of time. You look at their website on your way out the door to make sure that the car that you were there for is still sitting there. You spend 15 minutes driving there and when you get there not only do they not have that car they have a bunch of cars that they weren't even supposed to have. They have no idea what they actually have. Save yourself some time, life is too short to spend it wandering around in a junkyard just hoping you'll find another car like yours instead of the one that you came to look at which mysteriously disappeared within the last 15 minutes. Go to Erdman at least they know something about what they're doing."
