"So I got here at my strict appt time and was given a door. All is kosher. When I get to the door there’s a truck in it. I figure I’ll call and see if there’s another door. Halfway through I’m the driver and they hang up on me. Truck starts to leave so I go to back in and another truck zooms in the door. So naturally, I call again, and this time they don’t hang up but choose to now inform me that there’s a line for the door. Alright, well that’s info that would’ve been nice before heading around. I ask if there’s another door I can use and the answer was no. Apparently if you aren’t an oreilly’s truck and you’re making a delivery, you only have the one door option, so appts are a moot point, trucks are constantly going in and out making it difficult to even just sit and wait, and they take far too long to unload. Id rate it at zero star but google won’t let me. 0/10 if you have the option to decline a load to here, I’d recommend it. If you’re picking up here I’m sure it’s fine"
