"If you think you have ever had bad customer service think again. These people redefine the concept of rudeness. You can ask yourself when was the last time you called a business and got hung up because "they were busy" and when you went to their location and, asked to get help picking up a part you got cursed out and verbally thrown out instead? I only give them one star because there's no option to give them less. This place is a joke and shouldn't be in business. I don't want anyone to think that I am exaggerating. In fact I am putting it mildly and you would save yourself this experience if you stay away from them."

"1 year ago I had a great experience. Walked into the yard, told the guy I needed a sway bar and he pointed me where the dodges were. I pulled it, haggle over the price and went on my way with a replacement swaybar. Now I need a door and all of a sudden I can't even see the truck it would come off of. Started spewing some bull about needing a mechanics license. As an ASE certified mechanic I told him there was no such thing but he stuck with it telling me I had to prove I was a mechanic to enter the yard. Arguing was futile and I left steaming"
