"Called for metal dumpster and they said driver will call you. Driver did not call they showed up on Saturday and some random person told them to put it in the wrong place completely blocking the trash dumpster. I called back they said driver would call and he did I explained in detail where to move it. Instead he puts it completely blocking the door. I called back he flips out on the phone comes out and dumps a load blocking the doors. The EPA will be notified of all the pollutants they are putting in the ground water and air. Osha will also be notified as this place is a complete safety hazard. Called back and said we have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years why did you dump the load in front of the doors, their response was it's just not worth it and we don't care if you take your business elsewhere. I will pay to put it in the landfill rather than give it to people who use this place. Don't go to top dollar without extra tires as you will most likely get nails and screws in yours. I have had over 14 in one tire they don't care. Turns out they are right it just ain't worth it."

"They make the experience of bringing your recycling and getting compensated for it easy. Just make sure you drive slowly because of the pot holes and follow instructions."

"Maybe this place isn't for people like me. I showed up in a regular car with a box full of iron to recycle and I thought it was too heavy to put in the recycling can (75 lbs). This place is out of the way, in an area with unmarked streets and without GPS I had to stop at this shady Honda dealership up the street to get directions after driving past it 3 times. When I got there, it was filthy and disorganized with heavy equipment driving right next to my car and water filled potholes everywhere. Lots of tire hazards and no clear indication of what exactly you're supposed to do. I pulled in behind someone else in a pickup so I just followed him apparently to the wrong area (way to put up signs). There's a lot of pointing since the staff seems Russian and Hispanic, they can't clearly answer direct questions. For some reason I had to give them a copy of my ID and sign a waiver to prove it was my own junk (because I guess there are people who actually steal junk?), after which they gave me about $4, leaving me to figure out which direction was the exit. All things considered, it cost me about $10 in gas and a bad experience to do what I thought was right. This place, it seems, is only for people with busted looking trucks loaded to the brim with recyclable junk. If, like me, you are not in the junk business and just have some scrap to get rid of, avoid this place.. Just throw it in the trash or recycling can, it's not worth the drive, hassle or the potential damage to your car."
