"At least one of their drivers has no issue in pulling into someone's private property and leaving foot deep tracks in the lawn. It would be one thing if I had called for a tow, but I didn't. Instead, the driver appeared to pull over into my yard to make a call, possibly trying to find a vehicle he'd been called out for. I don't believe most people appreciate having others tear up their yard, but maybe he's cool with that. In any event, should I ever need a tow, I think I'll pass using this unprofessional company."

"Got in a ditch on a Sunday morning. We called them and I was told he would have to go to Fairmont to get the wrecker. I was in a spot so I said OK. When he arrived, he tried to pull the car out forward, but the ditch was deeper in that direction. As soon as he heard something he stopped and changed to the rear. The cost was about what I expected. It was a Sunday morning. Although I hope not, I'd used this service again."

"Charge 125 to pull my car out of a ditch that was 2 miles from his shop. (which I thought was expenses as hell). Its was just to pull it back on the road, no towing at all. A week later I call and pretending to have a car in the ditch again and told him I was calling around for prices to see how much it would cost to pull a call out. He told me 75 (the same old guy aka OWNER). I confronted him about the situation and he told me he can charge whatever he wanted. 500 dollars if he wish. I would ask for price first before using him."
