"Called (on a Saturday) to see if they had a part I needed for my car. They said they did. Went in to get it. After I paid he said okay it'll be here Monday. Umm what. I needed it that day because my car was at the mechanic and was already taken apart ready to put in the part. He said no refunds. Went to tell the mechanic it wouldn't be here until Monday. Mechanic found a place that had it in stock since he had already taken everything apart in my car. Called Frontera to say I needed my refund because 1. He said they did have it in stock when they didn't. 2. Was going to get the part somewhere else that did have it. He said no refunds. I said well you told me you had it in stock when you didn't. He said well we do have it in stock at the Warehouse which doesn't open until Monday. I told him that's not what he said over the phone. I told him I just ordered it from him 10 minutes ago. Warehouse isn't even open I just want the refund since I'm going to get it somewhere else. He said no but I'll give you store credit. Told him I was going to go over and he was going to give me my refund. He said do you want to talk to my boss? I said yes. Let me talk to him. He said okay well come in and ask for him. I told him I was on my way. As I was on my way I called him back to ask if I was gonna get my refund or not because if not then I would be taking the cops with me. He yelled at me and said come get your money and don't come back! When I got there he slammed the money on the counter and ignored me. Idk why he was being difficult when he was the one who didn't say it was at the Warehouse and wouldn't be there until Monday. He just said yes we have it in stock. Don't recommend."
